Ninja offers a fast paced, high energy class for kids who like physical challenges, athletic feats and FUN! Ninja students enjoy a blend of climbing progressions, bar work, jump skills, balance, obstacle challenges and inversions. We focus on strength, flexibility, coordination, and motor planning. Ninja is perfect for the child age 4-10 who likes or would benefit from physical play, agility challenges and a class full of friends.
