Yoga Refuge

We are a yoga studio in the heart of historic Montavilla. We offer a variety of both in-person and online classes, workshops, private sessions, and events! Our spacious studio (at nearly 1500 sq. ft.) is situated upstairs on the 3rd floor above Stark St. The space is filled with plants, hardwood floors, lots of natural light, and a variety of yoga props!
We are a Refuge: We strive to be “a retreat inside the city”, where people can experience relief from the stress of modern life. We maintain a place of refuge through the way that we engage and set the tone within our space.
